“Open Mind” conference of the French company ASTRE Logisctic
Organization and carrying out of international conferences – is the direction we are professionally engaged in and actively develop.
One of the latest projects in this sphere is the organization and carrying out of the three-days conference «Open Mind» of the French logistic company ASTRE Logistic. The conference takes place annually in different Europeans countries, and in 2016 the logistics specialists took the decision to organize the tree-days event in Moscow.
Each conference day took place in four venues in Moscow, and our goal was to provide the technical organization and maintenance of all the events.
- The plenary sessions took place in the DI Telegraph space. We carried out the technical organization and the complex maintenance of the event, light and sound decoration, multiple-camera filming and live television rebroadcast.
- The second day of the conference – meeting ShowRoom — took place in The Museum of the Great Patriotic War. Our main goal was to decorate the area and to provide the technical equipment and its support.
All the entertaining evening events took place in the Jagger Hall, and the gala dinner was in the concert hall “Izvestiya Hall”.
